Food!

As some of you know firsthand, it is wonderful to have a wife who loves cooking. What a blessing!

Last night, Heather decided to make some tasty jalapeno and cheddar scones (thanks Smitten Kitchen!) that about melt in your mouth.

Tonight, she’s making pear butter and apple sauce. I even got to help peel, core, and slice the apples and pears, which is exciting because I’d never used an apple corer before. An amazing invention; thanks for letting me have a turn, honey!
